I have worked with Claire for a number of years so it was great to help her and Andy on their big day at the Hotel Du Vin inn York . The weather was kind to us apart from a mysterious strong wind that arrive as we went into the garden !! The Hotel’s french van was a great prop for friends and family photographs.

Lockton Tea Rooms and Gallery has opened in the moorland village of Lockton on the North Yorkshire Moors and is run by Kevin and Janiline Mainprize. They have created a warm, welcoming and tasteful tearoom with a freshly prepared food and a chanced to see high quality art, crafts and gifts.
Spent a great morning on the Red Route in Daly Forest making Geoff work hard to get my own back for a winter of Thursday nights “spinning” with Geoff pushing us hard climbing Everest !! It was a first for me having to use functions on my camera I had only read about in the manual. So looking forward to the next time >
Between Christmas and New Year I had the pleasure to cover Ruth and Dave’s wedding at the fantastic building in the centre of York called The Merchant Adventures’Hall built in 1357 it is still in use today as a meeting place and for special events. I have included a few images in my blog to give a feel of this lovely day.
The last few weeks have been a busy time for both weddings and commercial work so I have put a selection of images from a few of the assignments to give an idea of what I have been up to. These include food images for Castle Howard wedding brochures, The Bruce Springsteen concert at the new Leeds Arena, Images for Hunters of Helmsley a great local deli , a portrait of a very excited gun dog , a new Spar Petrol Station for Spar’s PR agency and Superman in Sheffield for Heron Foods !!
